일본 과학 미래관(일본어: 日本科学未来館 (にっぽんかがくみらいかん) 닛폰카가쿠미라이칸[], 영어: National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation)은 일본 도쿄 도 고토 구 아오미 국제 연구 교류 대학촌에 있는 과학관이다. 애칭은 미라이칸(일본어: みらいCAN, 영어: Miraikan)이다.

개요

2001년 7월 9일에 개관하였다. 관장은 우주 비행사 모리 마모루이며, 독립 행정법인 과학 기술 진흥기구가 설립하였다. 당초 운영은 재단법인 과학 기술 홍보 재단에 위탁되고 있었지만, 2009년에 운영 방법이 검토되었고, 현재는 과학 기술 진흥기구로부터 직할 운영되고 있다.

Asimo, the humanoid robot, is one of the main attractions here. Be advised that the 10 minute demonstration only happens 3 times a day at 11am, 2pm and 4pm. Make sure to plan your visit accordingly.

Swarmed with school field trippers. Perfect for parent-child bonding. Not so much for childless adults. There is a cafeteria. Make sure you have museum name and there AND back directions in Japanese.

Awesome awesome awesome science museum. Be sure to check out the 'Stories of One, Everyone, and You' exhibit on the 5th floor. A hallmark of children's interactive design.

Great museum focused on the future and educating children on the dangers of global warming and the benefits of innovation. Don't miss the Asimo demo!

Spend a good 5 hours here exploring the exhibitions and doing the experiments. The 3rd floor with the experiments are my favorite. Don't miss out on the robot demonstration!
